The ZOA House (Beit Ziyonei America) is the Conference venue. ZOA is situated close to the Tel Aviv Municipality, Sarona Market, leading business quarters, galleries, chic restaurants and bars, with conveniently located parking available nearby.

Passports and Visas

Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until the end of February 2027.

Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the conference.
It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.

Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (airport code: TLV).
